How to remove JotForm Footer on forms?

When i started to use jotform never showed any jotform form publicity, but now, since is showing up in all of my forms, some of them can be completed on table or smartphone because the message is blocking the last fields

In order to remove the footer on the forms, it is required to upgrade your account to a paid subscription. Could you provide us with the form URL so that we can check it and see what best we can do in this regard?
