How to avoid the fraud detection warning in emails?

    People that are receiving the auto notification email from our forms are receiving the below warning message at the top of the email. Is there a way to avoid this from coming up? It just recently started happening on all of our forms, but did not used to happen a few weeks ago.

    I have checked your form and noticed that you have used custom SMTP for your mail. With this you may need  to configure your mail server as a safe sender.

    From my experience this particular error is due to an SPF rule violation most likely from a mail redirect or form mailer. To resolve the issue you may either need to find the email redirection rule and remove it or add the redirecting email server to your SPF record within your domains TXT section inside the zone file. 

     In short, an SPF record will create a request to the receiving email server to verify the domain and email server of the sender before accepting the message to help prevent unwanted spam or phishing emails.

    You will need to contact your System administrator to assist you in setting this configuration on your mail server.
