Is there a way to resend formatted form notification emails?

    To whom it may concern:

We recently had an issue with our Exchange server spam filtering our notification emails from JotForm between Feb 19th and March 12th.

We have a customer management system that would usually scrape these (received) emails and perform logic on them.  We have leveraged the JotForm custom notification email functionality for this purpose.  The emails are formatted in a very simplified, very specific way.

Is there a way to re-send past form notification emails in these custom formats? I was able to find a place to re-send notification emails, but didn't see an option to select which email "template" to use.  Is this functionality available and I am just missing it?  Is there any wizardry you could do on the back end to accomplish this goal for me?

This could save our staff hours of manual entry and/or our IT department hours of coding.

    Thank you!

There is a way to send email notifications by resubmitting the form in edit mode.

In this case, the Send on Edit option of the email notification should be enabled.

Here's a guide that explains how you can edit submissions made on your form — How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms

I hope this helps. If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please feel free to let us know.
