Why am I not receiving uploaded files?

    My application has required uploads, but they are not on my submission.  I have provided the URL of the application.

    See submission for submission date:  

    2018-03-12 12:03:10 

    Last Name
    First Name

    Please provide a solution.  My client is irritated and I don't want to ask them to submit again.  Thank you

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I have cloned your form and I have been testing the uploads feature, but I cannot replicate the same problem you're mentioning, on your submissions it seems like if the files were never submitted, you may ask the submitter to edit the submission and just send you the files and try using a different browser if the problem persists.  

    Did your users receive any error when submitting the form? 

    Also, which payment method did they use? PayPal account or did they use a credit card?
