It appears my account has been suspended. I have had it disabled while not using it. Can it be reactivated?

Upon review of your account it was found form:
In order to be able to collect this type of information you need to add the mandatory signature and Agreement widget as shown :
2. Add a Signature widget where your users sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.
We have deleted the fields for compliance and reactivated your account.
Please work on your forms to make the appropriate modifications.
Add first the widgets and then the request for the information needed, in order for it not to be autosuspended again.
