I'm going to provide you with some constructive criticism. Please accept it as true constructive criticism.

I hope you realize that most of your potential customers will know very little about creating forms. They may have Adobe Acrobat Pro and may be able to create a fillable pdf form locally and may even be able to import a form to a website but they won't understand the terms for the fields mentioned in the Create Form process required on your website. Nor will they understand why they can't make their form on your website look the way they want it to look. Your website automated processes need to be much more user friendly to the customer. If it were, you would be booming with business.

As I said in previous communications, I can do a lot of things in and around a website and I'm still working after over a week on getting my customers form imported to JotForm for their use. I believe I will puch them to adding their form to their own website and tie it to Authorize.net from there. It has cost me way too much money, time and anguish.

Hope this helps you with future customers.

Thank you for your inputs and suggestions.

We always value the feedback from our customers and try to improve the product.

We think that our builder is made so users with little or no knowledge should be able to make the forms they intend.

We provide various guides that users can view to learn more about our builder and how to achieve what they have in mind.

Also, there is a templates section with classic and cards forms so users can see how finished forms would look like (categorized).

So by using all that information and tools, users should be able to create any form for collecting certain information.

When it comes to importing the PDF to forms and exporting forms to PDF, please be mindful that regular form cannot look like exactly the same and have the same functionalities in PDF because of the different nature of the file.

If you have any further questions or you had something else in mind, please let us know, we'll be glad to help.

    Thank you!
