On the nursing CAP documentation submission form, the field Attach Health Stream profile allow for multiples but I placed limit of 1 file submission. If I submit multiple files it reminds me an error that only 1 file is allowed. If I remove the file using the X it does not remove it

I have been testing your form as well as a cloned form and I can see it works as expected, please see this screen-cast:
I have already cleared your forms cache, may you please test your form and see if the problem persists?
If so, please let us know which browser and operative system you're using, we will wait for your response.

I have been testing the form using IE and Windows 7, but I'm still unable to replicate the issue, please see this screen-cast:
May you please try using a different browser?
Also, when you click on the "X" icon to remove the file, are you getting any error or is it not responding at all?
