I have tried everything you have suggested regarding receiving emails when someone fills out our form, and we are STILL not receiving anything. I have included a screenshot of the emails I have set up, and I can assure you they are real emails, but are receiving nothing. I have also checked, and they are not on the bounce list. AND, have checked with our IT, and they aren't showing any issues or blacklist, etc.
Could you please take a look at this for me?

I can see that you are using a custom sender email.
Did you verify the email address? How to Add a Custom Sender Address to an Email Alert
If yes, did you try setting up your own SMTP? How to Setup SMTP for a Form
Please make sure that you whitelist our IP Addresses and domains.
Whitelisting JotForm IP Addresses and Domains
