Design / Theme Will is Different than Preview / Will not Change

    I have customized a theme provided by Jotform but when I preview the form, it still shows a completely different theme that I had previously selected. Cannot change it.

    It looks like you have deleted the form you provided.

    Is this how you wanted your form to look like?

    Let us know which theme you are trying to select and the form URL that you are trying to apply that theme to.
