Is it possible to retrieve and publish availability with one of your forms through MS Access?

    Hi!

Our software is written in MS Access.  I would like to be able to create a reservation inquiry form and also list availability as things change. So that would be up and down.

I would like our software to be able to do both instead of only receiving an email from a contact form and have to read an email/form results.

    Is that possible with JotForm?

    Thanks!!

Hello Paul - You coined the terms "retrieve and publish" so I'll assume you want to do the following:

    1. Retrieve your submission data then add it to your MS Access database.

    2. Publish availability from your existing database and apply it to your form.

The first one above is doable but not in a direct way. There's no connection between JotForm and MS access so what you can do is export your form's submission data to an EXCEL sheet first, then import that sheet to your ACCESS database.

Publishing the availability though is not possible. If you need to change the availability on your form (e.g. with a field or a widget), you always have to do it through the FORM BUILDER.
