How can I ensure that my form is accessible only by those whom I shared it with?

I am trying to create a registration form for an event. I want to only send it out to the invitees to the event and block others from attempting to register.

    How can I do that?

The FORM URL on its own is unique and hard to guess. With that in mind, only those people whom you shared the URL with should be able to open, view, and submit your form. Anyone else who don't know the URL won't have access (unless they managed to guess the URL).

If you're concerned that someone can guess the long series of numbers (FORM ID) and managed to have access to your form, you can approach this in two ways:

    1. Conditionally show your entire form IF and ONLY IF the user you shared it with knows the access code. For this, you would need to add a textbox field and use conditions.

    2. Or, you can generate a special link of your own so it can only be opened by those who know that special link, regardless if they managed to guess the FORM ID.
