Hello,
We're using JotForm to collect feedback from interviews conducted. We're finding that a manager will complete the jotform but the receiver won't get the information until much later. I've provided a screenshot of an email a manager sent saying she's completed the feedback form and then another screenshot of when the feedback form was received. Between the two there was a 2 hour gap. Is there a way we can speed up the turn around time to receive the email?
Thank you,
Teina Faaeteete

Normally, you will receive the email alert instantly after the user submitted to your form. To test it further, you can add a new notification email with a Google Email address as Email Recipient. If you receive the email alert instantly then maybe there's a delay in your Email Service Provider.
You can also use your own SMTP settings as a Sender Email by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
Let us know how it goes.
