Limit guests based on the unique registration code

Hi,

Trying to see if there is a way to make a form where the person RSVPing has to enter a unique code that is sent to them. Once they enter this code, it will display the number of guests they are allowed to bring based on this code. For example some people are invited by themselves, others are allowed a plus one and others are allowed husband, wife and kids. I don't want people to be able to RSVP for more guests than pre-determined. Not sure if this is possible with Jotform.

The requirement provided is quite achievable by using some conditions on the form. However, it is required to setup conditions for each Unique code that you are having. You may setup the conditions using Show/Hide fields based on the unique code.
