Everything else is displaying correctly with my forms except for the date/time selection widget.
It is urgent, as we would like to start promoting bookings today.

I was not able to select the slot and submit the form. If the issue that you have faced is different than my test experience, we would be glad to get a report of the other issue in details from you.
I will escalate this issue to next level for further investigation. You will be notified via this thread once there is an update.

Hi we were not able to replicate the said error. Can you try again. We suggest to reintegrate the widget and see if the error persist.
