I am not able to delete the widget added in form.

Notice: "Please Run the Wizard"
Now look at the page in non-preview mode.
I believe that appeared when I was inserting TextArea Autosize widgets.
They sometimes didn't appear unless I set a size (which I set at 1000 for
most of them). But that text appeared in the non-preview page before I set
the size. I suspect that there is some artifact of a deleted widget hanging
around, but I'm not able to select it or delete it.
How do I get rid of it?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

It seems you added some widget in form which was not configured. I have deleted the blank field and that fixed this issue. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if it still shows the message "Please Run the Wizard".
