Not able to submit the form after adding the countdown widget

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
As I checked your account, I saw 3 forms and two of these forms has no form field.
I saw a date field that is used as a countdown placeholder.
I added a countdown widget to the cloned form and I was able to submit the form.
