Why does a user get Captcha while filling the form?

    While filling the form, a random user gets to fill the captcha before submitting the form. How do i disable for all my forms? Is there any way ? if there is any how can i do it for all together? Please help. It causes drop in user submission.

    I have checked your form and note that you have not configured Google Captcha I tested also some urls on your website with Jotform forms and i was not able to replicate the error you are getting.

    I however noticed you have enabled and used Google analytic and this may be what is causing the Captcha Popup since google wants to get correct analytic data.

    I have done some online search on why this may appear on websites that do not even have captcha setup and below are link to some feedback I got.

    Also I would recommend you try using a different browser like chrome or Safari and let us know if the issue is same on these browsers. From image you have shared it seems you are using Google Chrome browser.
