    Hi,

For some reason when the file upload (attachment) is used. The email is not sent, this was working perfect but for some reason randomly stopped.

My account has only used 140mb out of the 10GB upload limit.

    Your assistance is urgently required.

    Kind Regards,

    Aaron

Is this the form that you are talking about?
    https://form.myjotform.com/80722436359561

It was the only form with file uploads in your account as far as I could see.

I had problems making a test submission since the form doesn't seem to have a Submit button.

Can you please confirm that is the correct form and let us know how to make a test submission?

https://form.myjotform.com/80091734059558 is the main forum we are using at the moment and the one giving me the problems.

From the drop down on the 1st page select "Quality issue - Flav Milk" the attachment on that page does send to email but logs in the history database.

Also "Quality Issues" and all other attachements. They save on the history database but the mail does not get sent.

Thank you so much for your assistance, it is greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

    Aaron

Please note that all the email notifications seem to have conditions and unless those conditions are met, the emails won't be sent.

It is a good idea to add noreply@formresponse.com and noreply@jotform.com to the contacts list.

It could be that the emails from JotForm are being blocked by your mail server. Please check the Spam folder and Whitelist JotForm IP Addresses and Domains.

Also, make sure that all the file upload fields have limits since the maximum attachment size is usually ~20MB.

I have tried creating a simple form and turning on the option to send the uploads as attachments on emails and I am receiving the emails with the uploads as attachments.

Looking at the email logs, a test submission I made earlier is showing that 4 email notifications were sent.

Its weird, i did receive a copy of the mail above that you filled out with the attachment and thought the problem would be fine but when i fill out the forum it does not send even with removing all the conditions except one the "Anti spam" i use that to direct the emails. If the forum is filled and i exclude the attachment i receive the mail its only when i insert an attachment that the mail is not sent. i have created a gmail account and added it to the submission and that gmail account also does not receive the mail if there is an attachment. JotForm is completely open on our mail server. So i'm not sure what could be the issue. The forum was working fine with attachments and shortly after we setup the quality "issue - flav milk" it just stopped sending the mails if there is an attachment.

I hope the above makes sense?

Myself and another person work on the system at the same time using the main user login. Could this maybe be part of the problem?

Alright, so you received the email with my test submission. I only attached one JPG file there. What kind of file are you uploading to the form? It could be that the file type is not supported in the email attachment or the file attachments are too big.
Can you test it with a small JPG file (less then 10MB) and check if you receive the email?

No, I do not think this can cause these kinds of problems.
