How can I combine all uploaded documents together in one pdf file?

I would like to know how can I combine all uploaded documents together with the original form in one pdf file when a form has been submitted?

You can add a pdf link in your email content, either in your Notification Email or Autoresponder.

When you submit a form "Download Submission PDF" would be seen in your notification email that has your form and uploaded file.
