Centering a Header Image

I've added a header image to a form and for some reason the image shifts to the right. Typically I adjust the width the be the same width as the form and it correctly places the image. 

Assistance with this would be great!

The width of the header image is a bit too large to fit the form.  Click on the field then open the settings for the header:

Adjust the width and set the image alignment to "Center".  Here is how the form would look with those two modifications:
