Why have my forms disappeared??

    The website state that I have no forms, but they were there yesterday.  Please advise.

    Apologies for the challenges you are facing. I have checked your account(associated withe email david.feguson@sonoma.edu) and you are using Guest account meaning you have not registered on Jotform platform yet. Kindly follow the guide below to register:


    Would you kindly share form ID of one of the forms that was in your account? If possible share and form notifications received form Jotform.
