    Hi.

I am using your form, but need to track where my submission came from, PPC or organic. All I think of is using an IP address, to tie in with my adwords account. Is this possible to do when using your form.

    ThankShane

Create a hidden field on your form. Let's say you called this field "tracking".

Then simply pre-populate it from URL:

    http://www.jotform.com/form/12345?tracking=PPC

This will give a new column in the report so that you can see where the user came from.

    Hi.

I have followed your instructions, but the URL http://www.jotform.com/form/12345?tracking=PPC

directs to a not found page.

    thanks

Sorry, that was just an example. You should replace "12345" with the form ID for your form.
