First and last name aren't coming through into my spreadsheet. I see the info in the email notifications though. Any help would be most appreciated! Don't really want to unhook it and start again because I already built a lot into the sheet.

We do not recommend doing any modifications in the spreadsheet so with the form once the integration is already connected. Sometimes, doing so will cause this kind of problem in the form.
I manually synced the submissions. Please check and confirm if the cell is now being populated with names. If not, then I'm afraid that you will need to re-integrate the form. You will be given a new sheet when re-integrating. Unfortunately, there is no way you can use the same sheet during the integration.

I completely understand the situation, but there is no other way. After re-integration, I would suggest using an ImportRange function to fetch the data from the form sheet to a new spreadsheet file.
