Jotform Cards - Ability to add input mask & file upload options to the multiline field

    On jotform cards, the multiple questions box- can there be a section for phone number that includes the dashes? right now that is not a feature on the multiple line questions.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an Input Mask to Multi-Line Question Fields.

    You can add validations such as Alphabetic, Numeric, URL, etc.

    I can make a feature request if you want for this but I can not say if it will be implemented or give an ETA.

    Please submit the request for this option.

    Also, have multiple questions with file upload and text fields would be great too! I want to have upload a file or type answer on the same question block.
