First, I want to say thank you for offering a discount to nonprofit organizations! We love the ease of JotForm!
I just have a quick question. We upgraded to the Bronze plan from the free plan and applied for the nonprofit discount on the same day. We were charged the full rate because the upgrade took place just prior to the nonprofit application being approved. Is there a way to still receive the discount for this month, or will we need to wait until the next billing cycle?

To receive the discounted rate, it would require creating a new subscription after the discount is/was approved. It looks like you have already done so. The previous amount paid was applied towards the new discounted subscription and a credit of $9.48 is remaining:
This credit will be applied towards any further subscription charges.
