Where do I find my encryption key?

When you encrypted your form, a key was created for you (if you choose that option) and you suppose to download it to your computer.

The key should be in your Downloads folder (if that is a default folder for downloading).

And default name of the key is jotform.key.

So you can search for it.

We cannot provide you with the key since we don't have an access to it.
