Is there an easier way to line the fields up without them being tied to the columns?

How about lining up the fields like those on my form.  Is there an easier way to line the fields up without them being tied to the columns, kind of like freeform placement

Unfortunately, freedom placement of the fields is not possible directly. It may be possible by injecting custom CSS to the form. However, it is required to position each field manually and such form may not be displaying properly in the responsive mode.
