I see this is a common challenge.  Would you please review my form page and tell me if I have made the error or if FB has; and how to correct if possible?

As I check your form in your fb page, it seems to be working correctly.

Can you please give us more information on the issue so that we can check it further?

    Thank you.

Yes, I forgot the main issue. So Sorry.
The tab does not show up on mobile devices and the link cannot bring up the
form on mobile devices. I am in the middle of following a previous
suggestion you gave in the forum. I am trying to embed the form as an
IFrame. So far, I have it created on FB. When I told it to be enabled on
mobile devices, it gave me a specific link to use when sharing the event.
However, I am having trouble figuring out how to replace the FB form link
with the new mobile device enabled specific link. This is what I was
    given... http://bit.ly/2DsGxj3 328A [CU9
