Non-profit Discount upgrade/downgrade options

Hi! I’m wordering if you qualify for the non-profit discount, can you still downgrade to the free services during the months we’re not using JotForm, and then upgrade to the paid monthly plans when needed and still have access to the discounted rate? 

Once an account is approved for the non-profit plan, it can be upgraded and downgraded to the non-profit pricing.
