The submissions are kept on our servers as long as it is not deleted.
Hence, deleted submissions can no longer be recovered. That is why we advised our users to download their form submission first if there will be a need for them to delete it.
For an account that is on a free subscription, the submissions that can be stored in the account is limited to 500 submissions.
When the limit is reached and an incoming submission is received, the oldest submission in the account will be deleted automatically.
