For instance I would like to have 10 QR codes deployed into different locations, and then when somebody uses QR code location 1, it automatically fills out the location piece in the form.

That's possible using these workarounds. It's either:
1. Add Get Visitor Location widget in your form to automatically detect the user's location. You can hide the field if you want.
2. Or share the form URL with a query string that prepopulates the location field in your form.
Here's how to prepopulate fields through URL parameter http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-the-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters.
Then use online QR code generator like https://www.qr-code-generator.com/ and enter the form URL with the URL parameter.
Hope this helps
