For instance I would like to have 10 QR codes deployed into different locations, and then when somebody uses QR code location 1, it automatically fills out the location piece in the form.

That's possible using these workarounds. It's either:

    1. Add Get Visitor Location widget in your form to automatically detect the user's location. You can hide the field if you want.

    2. Or share the form URL with a query string that prepopulates the location field in your form.

Here's how to prepopulate fields through URL parameter http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-the-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

Then use online QR code generator like https://www.qr-code-generator.com/ and enter the form URL with the URL parameter.

    Hope this helps

This answer is great for the question I asked. Can I add a bit more detail. I actually want location to be multiple locations inside a building where the GPS may or may not be accurate enough.  There will be multiple 'stations', all next to each other, but depending on which station the form is filled out I want some of the fields to be pre-populated.
