    Wrong letters in scandinavian forms

    Hi Jotform

     

    We get this wierd letters in the submission forms. Its the scandinavian letters for æ,ø and å. See attaced screenprint.

    What do I tell my customers and what can we do about it?

    Hi John,

    Have you tried viewing your form notifications via webmail or in google mail or yahoo mail if in case you are using this two (2) mail services. This is a known problem in MS Outlook 2007 base on the recent searches and results that I have done.

    I found out two solution;

    1. Changing your MS Outlook character coding to just UTF8

    2. Format menu -> Text encoding -> Western European (ISO). Reference here.
