How can I look up data that has not been submitted yet?

I have a client who has not finished their form yet but they don't know how to get back to the page. Any way I can help direct them back to the page or how I can get that link and send it to them?

That is not possible, unless you implement the following workaround: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

Which will create a session URL, where the data will be saved before the form is submitted. This URL will be sent to the user via email, so he can come back to that link to continue filling the form out from any devices and internet connection.

    Hi!

I have another question in regards to the workaround you listed above:

Per my understanding, the save session data is stored for 6 months. After that, if the form has not been submitted, that data is erased.

With that said, based on your save session method above, once I fill out the first form and submit it (which, in turn creates the session URL for the main form) does that start the clock of the 6 months? Or does that only create the URL and once that URL is opened, that starts the 6 month clock?

    Thanks!

The clock will start when the URL is opened and use the Next button is used for the first time.

Also, the data is saved for 3 months, not 6 months.

Thanks! Was it always 3 months? I thought I read somewhere that it was 6 months?

Yes, it is only 3 months and not 6.

    Thank you.
