Time field: Hide empty field is enabled but submission email still shows empty "Time" fields.

    could you please guide me why i am facing an issue that when email is generated from the form, its also showing the empty fields in the email and email is incomplete.

    however, i have selected the option hide hidden fields.

    could you please check my form and the attached picture i have shared with you.

    I did check your form and found that you have edited the notification email alert and made several changes. Please note that hide empty fields feature only works with unedited version of email template. 

    I would suggest you to please delete the notification email alert template of your form and add a new one, that should solve your problem. You can still add some text and new rows but you should keep the labels and fields tags of the questions intact.

    You just need to just delete the existing email alert and add a new one. Here are the steps you need to follow:

    #1. Delete the existing notification email alert you have already added in form. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    #2. You need to add a new notification email alert in form and ensure that hide empty field setting is enabled. The following guide should help how to add notification email alert:   https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

    using your guide. i have deleted all existing notification emails.

    by following your instructions i created i new notification email but till i am facing the same issue.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your form and I was able to figure out the issue you are having. The issue seems to be caused because of the "Time" field you have added in form. Since "Time Format" of all the time field of your form is set as "AM/PM", it always has a value of "AM" or "PM" even if the time is not selected.  That is what is causing this issue.

    I would suggest you to please edit your form and change the "Time Format" setting of the "Time" field to "24 HOUR" and that should fix this issue. Please check the screenshot below:

    i dont want to change my time format.
    because its the requirement of my form to put time format in PM/AM
    and i think more i haven't faced such issues earlier as i have already used
    the time format PM/AM. but now i am facing such issues.
    could please tell me other way out so that my email looks good and hide my
    empty fields from email?

    Please accept my apology for the confusion. Time format with AM/PM should work as expected and if the field is blank, it should not be displayed in the submission / auto-responder email.

    Yes I am checking your form and I do not see any reason why the empty fields should be displayed in submission emails. I am investigating this issue.

    Please accept my apology for the delay. I cloned your form and I am still able to replicate the issue you are having. Empty fields are still being displayed in submission emails. 

    I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    We have already reported this issue to our backend team. Upon checking the ticket status, I found that it is already assigned and one of our developer is already looking into this. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this.
