I see that you have just been billed for the Bronze yearly plan at $190.

You can upgrade to the Silver yearly plan and the payment should be pro-rated, so you will only pay the difference.

    Silver yearly ($390) - Bronze yearly ($190) =~ $200

If the payment is not pro-rated for some reason, you'll receive a refund for the unused time of the Bronze yearly plan if you upgrade to the Silver yearly plan.

Did you use the same credit card to make the upgrade to the Silver plan?

Please make sure that there are enough funds on your credit card for a successful transaction.

Based on your payment method, the charge should be pro-rated automatically.

    $390 - unused time in Jotform Bronze =~ $200

It might be a little more than $200 but not much since you have just upgraded to Bronze.
