Why I am not able to upgrade my account?

    Hi and very nice day, please check for me why i can't upgrade my jot form. my card is maybank debit card (MALAYSIA).

    It seems you were able to successfully upgrade your account.

    I did check your account and found that you have active bronze monthly subscription which was upgraded earlier today.
