Forms stopped working properly

    My client agreement forms have stopped working properly. Password field not allowing curser or typed entry and the terms widget not working. I have removed the password field and the terms widget from the maids in waiting client agreement form and replced the terms widget with a simple checkbox confirmation but when a confirmation email is sent this fiel shows as "type a question" I haven't changed the norfolkmaids agreement form yet so that you can investigate the problem, both forms have worked for months with no problem.     I checked your form and the password field is functional on my end:

    If it is still not working on your end, try replacing your current embed code with your form's iFrame code:

    If anything is missing from emails, check your email templates to ensure the correct information is displayed in the template:
