I have added sub-users but they cannot access the forms I have shared

They are telling me that they are only able to access the "free" version and not my Silver plan??  Help!

To my understanding, you have shared your forms to sub-users.

They should be able to access the forms you have shared with them by clicking the folder with your account username under "Shared with you".
