My added users under my account are not seeing the same plan as I do

    Are not seeing the same plan as I do.  UI have the Silver plan but they only see the "free version".  Why?

    The sub-user feature is meant for sharing forms and not sharing plan. It means that the sub-user will be under the Free account unless they upgrade. 

    Please take note that the account that will be affected will be the account where the form currently belongs to. I recommend you to make sure that the forms are under the Paid account.
