I have several forms with Facebook integrations for several different sites integrated through different FB apps.
This morning I noticed that all those forms are still able being submitted but there's no data being collected from Facebook. So now i have received several submitted forms without knowing the name and email adresses of the persons.
Because I use several FB apps and domains I suspect that there has something changed with the Facebooks API?

Can you please share to us which among your forms with Facebook integration are having submission issue.
I did check the form you mentioned http://forms.theehuisdennenoord.nl/form/22972551231955 , but it seems it only have one submission (and the submission is a test only).
Also, have you tried removing the integration and just re-integrate again? Doing this process may help refresh any latest changes/updates between the facebook api and the form.
Will await your updates.

The one I gave you was a freshly created form and integration. Does not work.
This one uses an other FB app. Worked last week. Today I received several submissions wihout FB-data. http://form.jotformpro.com/form/22923414297961

Can you guide me on how the form you mentioned is supposed to work?
I was able to login to it using a facebook account, but I cannot find any other fields where I can apply my info (i.e. name, email and so on...). I was able to submit the form by hitting the "Indienen" button.. but I believed this will cause blank information.

I'm losing you here ???
The purpose of a Facebook integration is that one does not have to fill in name or other info. This is being collected by the FB app. The app asks for permission to collect name and email from Facebook. It then submits the data to jotform. I have several forms working this way and this worked like a charm untill today.

My apology for the confusion. I was rather meaning to ask why I did not get an email for the facebook code after submission of your form.
Yes, as my colleague mentioned, there seems to be a problem on the integration now, specifically the facebook login button as I was able to reproduce this on my end.
There is already a ticket for this, and we hope to get a fix as soon as possible.
