Why is my form not showing that payments are secure?

    We had a new customer complain to us that when he went to make a payment through JotForm (using Stripe as the payment) to join our association that the payments were showing up as not secure.  Please see the screenshot and let me know how we can fix this to reassure our customers that submitting their payment to us is indeed secure.  Thank you.

    Please take note that all of our forms are secured. Here's a screenshot of the form direct link:


    I think the website where you embedded the form is not secured. Please try to contact your website provider so they can enable the SSL.
