Can I attach a PDF file to an Auto Responder email?

Asked by tcusker on October 24, 2012 at 08:29 AM

I have an evalution form that participants complete after the training.   I would like for them to receive the Auto Responder email with an attached PDF with a certificate of attendance.

I'm open to suggestions if you have other ideas.  :)

    Thank you,

    Lu Anne Bumgardner

I have multiple forms for this.  The URL below is just one of them.

Unfortunately, attaching files to notification or autoresponder emails sent out by JotFom's server is not allowed. You can instead upload this file to your server then insert a link to it in the form's autoresponder email.

The person will receive this e-mail in their inbox after submitting the form. Then, they will have to click the link to download your generated PDF file.

If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.

    Thank you.

Great news! This feature is now available.

Files uploaded to your form can now be sent as attachment on email notifications. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback:

You can read more about it on our article blog here
