We have several forms that have an autoresponder email set to send a copy of the submission and the uploaded attachment links to the respondent. However, the autoresponder email is not including the attachment links. I checked the autoresponder settings and they appear to be correct.

Just in case my colleague's screenshot is a bit too small to see its details, right-click it and when the popup menu is displayed, click Open image in new tab (That's in Chrome. The menu's text will vary according to which browser is used). However, I'm pretty sure his solution would work. Give it a go and let us know! :)

Hi,you may also want to refresh the 'notification and autoresponder email'. Perhaps some changes where done on the form and the emails are not refresh. You can do the refresh by deleting the email and add them again. OR you can just add new notification and autoresponder if you want to test.
Please take note if your notifications email are heavily customize, deleting them will loose the customization. So better just add new if you worry loosing the previous custom email.
I did test your form, but I deleted the email notifcations and added new one my end (refreshing), and I got the attachement link just fine.
Please also understand that the file upload fields in your form are not 'required' fields. The form user can skip attaching file and still submit the form, thus it would appear as empty attachment in the notification email.

Thanks so much to all of you for your quick responses! I tried the first solution, and it worked, but it also put an image in, which I'd prefer not to have. So then I just deleted and recreated the autoresponder email, which now seems to be working just fine.
