We have the Silver Plan, which allows for 10,000 submissions monthly. Today we started receiving a "Form Over Quota" message (screenshot is attached). This happens after we populate an existing form and hit Submit.
In our Account view, it indicates we've only used 39 of 10,000 monthly submissions.
Please review and advise.

The form you provided was not created in your account roadservice. The form was created in the account CREHR. The account CREHR is Free account. The account was downgraded to the Free plan today. If the downgrade was not requested then most likely the credit card expired and the subscription was not renewed . An email was sent to the email address of the account CREHR. If that is your account, I would suggest you to log in to that account update the credit card and upgrade the account.
