Shrink fields: So that they appear on one line

How can I add an image directly to the right of a question (I don't want the image to appear above or below the question... I'd like it to appear on the right hand side of the question). Please advise, as soon as possible! Thanks!

Its possible to align them side by side by shrinking each field. If the two fields don't fit on the same line, then you can increase the width of the form.
