I have setup an online form and have got it to send out to an associate of mine. She gets an email but the only content is Undefined.
See the email info below and the message she gets. When I log into Jotform and go into the submissions their submission is just fine and I can forward the information to her but I'm not sure why she is getting undefined into her inbox.

That seems to be most likely an issue with annette's email provider, I would suggest you to set the sender email address to firstname.lastname@example.org . Otherwise you would need to ask your email provider to whitelist our Jotmails IP ADDRESSES
