    These instructions really don't go into to much detail about anything. Im a computer guy and still not following what is going on. Even after I feel like i followed the guide it still doesn't work. Can I get some help, we are in a time crunch and need this done soon as possible.

    Please note that the only information needed from JotForm is the URL where the CNAME should point to, the URL must be custom.jotform2.com. The steps about adding the CNAME or redirect a sub-domain to our JotForm domain may change depending on the server or service provider, so the best way to make sure the settings are correct is to make sure you're following the instructions from your service provider, for example, if you're using Godaddy then you may follow this link: https://www.godaddy.com/help/add-a-cname-record-19236
