I cant seem to find my form. how do i know how many i have and where they are.

It is required to login to your JotForm account so that your forms shall be displayed to edit/view the submissions. As I check your email address, I see that the account sincityk9 is registered using it and there is only one form in it. If you do not have the password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the email reset link will be sent to the account registered email address.
