People submitting my form, but submissions are not saving. Also I noticed that the emails I receive have “edit” at the start of subject line?

I cloned and tested your form by I wasn't able to replicate any issue with it, also, I checked last 10 of your submission emails, but I don't see any with prefix Edit. That kind of email is sent when the submission is edited, which I see is not set for your users in Autoresponders.

Also, when you said, "Submissions not saving.", are you missing some submissions on submissions page?
