Our company no longer has a need to continue our paid account. I'd like to disable please. How can I go about doing that?

I see you canceled the subscription.
You will be downgraded at the end of the current subscription period which is on 2nd of April 2018.
I'm not sure if you want to delete your account?
You have more than 80 forms if we delete them the process is irreversible.
